Sanctuary Tribe is a People & Talent Consultancy that takes a neuroscience-backed, people-first approach to business. With a background in HR and recruitment, I’ve spent years helping companies build strong teams, foster inclusive cultures, and create workplaces where people thrive.

My journey started in traditional HR, but I quickly realised that people are at the heart of every business challenge—and every solution. I founded Sanctuary Tribe to go beyond policies and procedures, offering thought-led, tailored solutions that support both businesses and their people. Our mission to make a difference...
Supporting parents on their return to work is a subject close to my heart. Having a child has long been considered career suicide, particularly for women and with 84% of mothers facing challenges returning to work after maternity leave, there is a lot of work that needs to be done!
Having personally experienced the impact that having a child can have on your career, my mission is to help parents through coaching, to feel confident, secure, and excited about returning to work!
My work extends beyond coaching one-to-one with parents, I also support business owners and leaders with the tools to promote a culture that is inclusive and supportive - welcoming parents back to work with open arms!
